Well, we are we are live in that group. By the way, Karen. So all the Warriors can enjoy this interview. We talk was it like it's been a year?
0:07
It has been? Yeah, it was the end of January of last year.
0:15
Time. Yes. And you've been a warrior for how long now?
0:19
In May it'll be two years.
0:21
Okay. So we'll say year in April, May it's like a year and nine months almost.
0:28
Yeah.
0:29
Wow. Okay. And I think, you know, we have like, you, I know you. It's like, I get it all I see your posts and your comments. And, you know, I, a lot of our warriors, when they join, they see your your video, like, it's really what gets and crying. A lot of the times you're responsible for a lot of tears, Karen, I'm sorry. In a good way. I'll give you the Kleenex is okay. And they get away. So for those who don't know your story, Karen, could you maybe remind us of where you started before we even met?
1:03
Yeah, in fact, I posted some pictures yesterday of two years ago, when I was having so many problems. In 2013, I actually had thyroid cancer, and my weight went from, I think it was like 130 pounds at the time. And as soon as I had my thyroid surgery done, within the first year, I gained 50 pounds. And so it was a struggle for me because I never even when I was fully pregnant. I never weighed as much as I did afterwards. After that first year, and I was just appalled with myself, I couldn't stand to look at myself in a mirror like this is not supposed to happen. This is this is wrong. I was definitely hypothyroid and it kept on accelerating. It wasn't slowing down. It didn't matter the medication or anything else. It was continuously going up. So I went to my doctor and I sort of said, Well, what do I do? Oh, well, you know, try some weight loss programs. So I tried Bernstein and I got injections every week, twice a week, faithfully logged my food did everything I was told to do took off 30 pounds, great. But I got 40 back within no time at all. And it was just simply I was eating all the salads, and doing all the things that I had been doing before. But I guess without the injections, I was going nowhere. My metabolism wasn't speeding up. It was just it was stalled out it was doing nothing. So somebody said to me, okay, well, what about Jenny Craig? So I tried Jenny Craig, and did nothing. Like just I went up a little bit down, it did nothing for me. I did the same with Weight Watchers and tried to stick to that one. counted my points drove me nuts, and I just couldn't do it anymore. And I said, You know what, this is not what I can't sustain this, this is not going to happen. So I went back to my doctor again. And I said, you know, listen, I'm really struggling with this. Now I'm up 60 pounds, I have been going to the gym, I'm working out five days a week in the pool, I go upstairs for an hour and a half and do lift weights and run on the treadmill and do all these things. And I'm you know, to the point where my adrenals are shutting down. Because I'm, I was a mess. Like I was an agitated mess. I had anxiety and depression and all kinds of things happening with me. And I couldn't cope with life anymore. I wasn't sleeping but an hour and a half to three hours at night. And it was going, I was going crazy. Typically, you know, like anybody else would have said, well, you should have been in the hospital because nobody can function like that. But I was and I was still going to school and working and just trying to cope with life. And you know what the doctors that kind of scratch their heads and said, Well, you know, you're just gonna have to live with it. You're just gonna have to go on with life and be happy that you're alive and that you had a good cancer and it went away. You know, and we're just, you just have to deal with it. And I thought, okay, but you're not wearing my shoes, wearing my clothes and can't stand the fact that you have my mobility was going down, my arthritis was getting worse. I wasn't functional. And the doctors really didn't care. They just sort of said, well go home and you know, just deal with it. I thought you know what, that's totally wrong because I shouldn't have to just deal with it. I need help. I really need help.
4:37
Yeah,
4:38
and it was driving it literally drove me crazy. But I was up at my top weight I was 208 pounds. And which is a far cry from 130 that I was used to. It was just it was a big gap there. But everything hurt everything from top to bottom hurt. And I was so sad and so depressed and you know Just trying to put on that little poker face and pretending to get through life and really has a struggle with it. And really, I went to many doctors tried everything I could to try to find a solution and found nothing. I had people walk out the door, doctors have walked out on me because they didn't want to try to help. So I literally came home one day, and I was in such a pumped out state, I was crying. And I was I saw, I picked up my computer and I thought, okay, Facebook is going to be my key, I'm going to distract myself with Facebook. Why? I don't know. But I did. And when I was doing that, all of a sudden, your ad for metabolic reset came up. And I thought, Okay, this is this divine intervention, what's going on here? This is weird. All of a sudden metabolic reset is there. And it's talking about the fact that it can reset my metabolism. And all my doctors had said that would never happen. And I thought, okay, okay, this is interesting. Why is this happening to me right now, there's got to be some connection as to, you know, the timing. And so I listened to the program, listen to all the information that was given and booked my call right away. And luckily, I got to talk to you.
6:15
Yeah, yeah. I mean, at that point, I was doing a lot of the concepts. And I actually remember our conversation very vividly.
6:22
My tears, yeah, you remember?
6:25
I do, even though it was like, almost two years ago. Now, for you, Karen. What kept you going? Even when all the doctors said no, and nothing was working? What kept you going?
6:38
You know, what I wasn't willing to give up on myself. Like, so many people would go, Oh, poor me, pity me, I'm going to go sit on my chair and my couch and just eat bonbons and, you know, just deal with it. But I wasn't willing to do that. I was I knew that I was stronger than that. And that I had more to give in life than just sit and feel bad. And I wanted to give back in whatever way I could. Now, I can't do that. If I'm feeling absolutely awful. And I had to find something that would help. I wasn't willing to just, you know, throw my hands up and say, you know, deal with it. Karen. I, I'm a fighter. I've always been a fighter. And, and I knew that I had the drive in me that had to that I could get somewhere if I could find the right programmers find the right help.
7:29
Yeah, I knew there had to be an answer out there for you. You just had come across it. Yeah.
7:33
It had to be there. I said, I went to all the doctors hoping that they had the solutions, but found nothing. So I mean, people say, Well, you know, you don't find anything on Facebook. Well, I certainly did. I found a gym.
7:48
Yeah, I'm glad that you clicked on that ad. And then what happened on our call that made you realize that maybe there is some real hope? Or was there anything before the call that made you think there was there is hope here, what resonated with you to actually book a call, have a concept?
8:05
Honestly, when I was looking at all the information that was posted that way, you know, just hearing about people's success stories, and the program and how it was working for them and has given them back so much. I thought, you know, if it can do that for them, why not me? Why not give it a try? See, I mean, I have nothing to lose, I could give it a try and see what what I can do with it. And that was my first clue was that I should actually be looking further into it, investigate a little bit more talk to somebody who could advise me if this will actually work with the situation that I was in with my thyroid and everything else. And then when we had our phone call, and it was very interesting, because you kept on saying, You know what, I believe that you can do this. And the fact that you actually believed in me, was something that was profound to me, because of course, I had all these other people say, Well, you know, it's not gonna happen, you can't do anything. And they were so good at pushing me down and making me lower. And yet, when I talked to you, it was like, it was like a ray of sunshine, all of a sudden, you're boosting up and saying you can do this, you can absolutely go ahead and lose weight. And it's sustainable and everything else you can do that because you have the driving you to do it. And I thought, you know what I really do. I really have that spirit and that, that devotion to myself to you to create something better. And you were the one that pointed it out. And I had lost that like I literally felt like I was in pieces in and in you know, the puzzle was all over the place and you sort of swept it up and said, Okay, come on, get yourself together. Let's do this. And I did.
9:47
Yeah, I don't know that. I said Get yourself together. Karen. I think that was your internal debt. Yeah, something like that. Probably. Yeah.
9:57
You're absolutely inspired me that. It is could happen, that it was feasible, it is possible and not to give up and just do it to try it.
10:05
Yeah. Did you believe? I mean, did you believe that you could get to 130? Again, or close to it?
10:12
Um, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because after I heard all the inspirational stories that other people had, had had talked about how their journey had gone, I thought, definitely, if they can do it, I can do it. There's nothing stopping me. If I have the drive and determination to get there, I'm going to do it. I'm going to be that one. I don't care what anybody else says, it's going to be me, I'm going to be there. And so I had no problems, figuring out that I was going to make 130 I was going, you know, well, it might take me a long time, because my metabolism had shut down completely, but I'm still gonna get there. It might be, you know, a couple of ounces at a time. But I'm still gonna get there. It took me all these years to get up to that 208 pounds, but it's not going to take me that long to get to 130. And if it does, it's worth every second that it took.
11:05
Yeah. I mean, after trying Jenny Craig and getting shots and jack to the do twice a week, and counting calories and going to the gym five days a week. I mean, you're you're ready to do whatever it took to get down there. And I could see that determination your eyes, which is why or not in your eyes, but in your voice. And I was like, wow, this this is somebody when she has the right tools. She's just gonna move mountains. Yeah. And, and so
11:39
nobody can get in my way. Once I got mine focused.
11:42
That's it. Yeah. And so you believe you could do it? But he just didn't sure how long it would take you.
11:49
Yeah, I have no idea. Honestly, if it had taken me two years, that would have been fine. Because I wouldn't care as long as it was going down. I wouldn't care. Because I just needed to be to be me again. And it and it didn't matter that journey. How long it took. Yeah. It could be a week. You know, it could be two years. It could be five years. But as long as I'm going the right direction to my focus goal. I'm, I'm all game. I'm good.
12:20
Yeah. And along the way, the process would have been really important to you, right? Because you'd mentioned. Yeah, I mean, who wants to get shots for two years? Right?
12:29
Yeah, especially Yeah. It was not pleasant.
12:34
Right. So I'm sure you're excited to not have to get shots or count points or anything like that to
12:39
listen. Yeah, I am totally excited about not having to do that not having to do the pills not having to do the cow. Like the calorie counting. I thought it was kind of silly. I had troubles with the point system. I just didn't like it. It just didn't work with me. But to go ahead and change and just know that, like I was eating well, I thought I was eating really healthy. But I didn't realize that a lot of the foods that I was eating, were causing inflammation and what was causing the weight gain. I didn't realize that until I really looked at the program and saw the structure of the anti inflammatory foods that I went, Okay, this this is what I was missing all this time. And nobody has ever told me this. There was no correlation between you know, that waking and the wrong foods. I thought they were all healthy foods, you know, vegetables and fruit and all those things, but I never put them together and thought okay, this is what's causing issues. Yeah, so it's it's been a really interesting journey, because I've really learned a lot.
13:44
Yeah, I know you obviously love to learn something you can definitely tell. So what were your results early on? Like, let's say the first round the first 16 weeks. How did you do?
13:58
Okay, the first round I actually lost 26
14:00
pounds and released.
14:02
Sorry, oh,
14:05
I lost my cat. I released 26 pounds, right? Yeah. Yeah, no, I released 26 pounds and maintenance. I went up about five pounds, no, three pounds. And then I went back down those three pounds by the end of the month maintenance. I just found that that fluctuation of more food brought on a little bit but I took it right back off, which was wonderful. The second round, I was down about I think at least 2021 pounds, that second round. It wasn't as grand and I which was fine. And as I as my rounds went through, I was releasing a little bit slower, but I didn't care. I didn't care if the train could have stopped and then started two weeks later. I wouldn't have cared as long as it's still going the right direction.
14:57
Yeah, of course you just want to keep knowing Like having the control and knowing that you have a plan that's going to get you to where you want to go. Yeah, when you when you have that it's so much less about the timeframe is so much more about just enjoying the journey and like taking all that pressure off of yourself.
15:13
It is. And I always had that, you know, that post on my wall that said, you know, this is your goal. Wait, don't deviate. Yeah, you know, all those things are out there to mess things up. But I'm one of those people, if I deviate from one little thing, I want a meal. I want don't want that little morsel. I want a whole meal. So I wouldn't allow myself to go ahead and deviate to, you know, the chocolates and all these other things that people were trying to distract me with? It's good. No, sorry. It's not on my plan. That's not when I've got to focus. It's not going to change.
15:45
Yeah. And that's the that's the only way to have success in this area. You know, it's, it's not about obviously depriving. But because people have this idea of deprivation, oh my gosh, I'm gonna deprive myself of like chocolate and stuff. But the reality is these things are not fueling you. They're poisoning you. And the fact that we're concerned about not having them shows us that maybe we're a little bit too addicted to them in the first place. But totally agree. But I mean, 26 pounds in your first six weeks is not a bad, not a bad start.
16:15
No, I was good. I mean, that for me, that was that was excellent. Because that was only within six weeks. When I was on the Bernstein program, I was on there for a year and a half. And I only lost 30 pounds and gained 40. So 26 pounds in six weeks is amazing. But more triumphant.
16:39
More importantly for you, Karen, you mentioned a lot of things I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy with what you're going through health wise, how did those things improve for you the pain, the fatigue, the brain fog? Oh,
16:51
it was funny. The first week, I noticed that all of a sudden, my joints and my hands my arthritis and stuff was starting to it was starting to lift. I was within the week, the first week, by the end of the first week, I was getting six hours of sleep a night, which was profound to me because I had not slept that many hours in one night for probably five years. So that was amazing. The brain fog, of course, because I was now getting sleep lifted. And I was actually functional again. I but there was so many things that depression because I was so excited about the program and how well it was working. My depression just disappeared. It just disappeared. It was not there. And I had my family members going, you know, you seem a lot happier. What's going on? And I said, Well, you know, I'm just, I'm eating better. I'm sleeping better, I feel better. And I'm life is just great. You know, it's just wonderful at this point, and it's just going to get better. And they just sat there. And I had one of my co workers say you know what, pretty soon we're not gonna be able to keep up to you. That's pretty nice, because she's 20 years younger. So it was pretty nice.
18:07
Yeah. I mean, you call herself the Energizer Bunny on our last live a year ago. So she's probably pretty accurate.
18:15
Yep. sparkling unicorn. That's right.
18:17
Yeah. You know, most people, there's this back in the 60s, they did a study with dogs. And it's not a great, it's not a great study, but it shows a great point. They put these dogs in in two different cages. One is where they shock the dogs. And then when the dogs were able to press a button, they stopped getting shocked. Right, so I was like, Okay, I can press this button and not get shocked anymore. I know, it's a horrible study. But in the dogs were okay after the study. But just for the purpose of the study. This isn't a 16th before they had all the ethical stuff they have now. But then the other cage, the shock the dogs, and they had the same button, but the dogs would press the button, they wouldn't work and they would still get shocked. And then what they did was they put the dogs in another cage, right and then this time, they said okay, all the dogs have to do is move from one platform to the other and not get shocked. So if there are so they would put the one dogs, the dogs who were pressing the buttons to stop getting shocked, they would put them in this cage and his dogs would get shot and then they would run across the room and they would be safe. Those were the dogs were able to press the button to stop in the first place with the dogs who were not able to stop in the first place. The second time they put them in the platform, even though they saw the other dogs going from one end to the other. And being free of being shocked. They still did not get up from the place that they were being shocked in the cage. And what the experimenters concluded was something called learned helplessness. And humans do it too. When they feel helpless, even if we see other people getting results. And when we see other people doing things that we were never able to do, or we see that there's proof that we don't have to be helpless, don't do anything about it. Because once you learn that process of thinking through, I'm a victim and I'm learning to helpless, that stays with you, and you don't make a change even though it's right there in front of you. And for you, Karen, you're one of those dogs was pressing the button furiously even when it wasn't working. And now you're, and now you're excited that all you have to do is keep pressing that button, you're gonna keep on going forward, and there was there is a way out for you. Yeah, and it sounds like that was what really helped to keep you going mentally to,
20:42
thankfully.
20:43
Yeah,
20:44
I hear that I was gonna be hospitalized soon before before COVID took over. Right.
20:52
And so for your care, you made some incredible friends along this journey to write
20:57
Amazing, amazing friends. Yeah, I have so many people that I talk to every day. It's um, between melody Earl, Katherine Baker, manda Brown, I have mizar Rose, I've talked to her many times. I have so many people, I can't even list them all Louis Stein. There's so many people. And I still had in fact, before interview, I had a lady reach out to me and say, Hey, can you help? Can you just talk to me. So accountability partners, I've so many people that I love. I totally love talking to them, and helping them along the way and understanding and, you know, getting them over those little speed bumps that happen at times. But I, this is an amazing community. It truly is. It's a family more than it is just a weight releasing program. It is a total family and a group of people that are very, very special. And we help each other and love each other and care it you know, do whatever we can to boost each other up and continue on the program. Even if you've fallen by the wayside, you can still you know, have been of the accountability partners, or one of the Warriors come along and say, Come on, let's do this. Let's do this. We can get get on the next round. And we'll do it together. So amazing. It's amazing. I love it.
22:19
That's the thing
22:22
I do every morning, I'm up and I'm checking everything and try to answer as fast as I can. And talk to people and give them the applause and do my little happy dance during the kids at school now know that I'm just crazy, because I will literally stand up and start dancing. That's awesome.
22:39
I mean, what's not to love about life when you're just standing up and dancing? Right, right. That's how it should be. I mean, it's like you had something taken away from you, Karen, and then you got it back, and you're like, this is gonna be forever grateful. My, my dad had this extremely rare form of cancer in his like, two decades ago. And they told him that he probably was gonna lose his leg or lose his life. Because it was such a rare form of cancer, only five people in all of Canada ever had it. But I remember he got he got it, radiation. And he did all the health benefit alternative health care stuff. And he's fine. You know, 20 years later hasn't come back. But that that changed his life, he never looks at life the same. He is so grateful for every single day. And it sounds like for you, when you had that taken away from you every day you wake up and you're just like, I never want to go back. This is so amazing to have this again.
23:37
It is very true. It is very true. And it was funny because not only did I have my cancer, but I had my mom's cancer journey that I went with through her with her. And it really once you see how bad people can feel. You just you want to make every day a positive day. And you want to do everything you can to make it positive for others around you. And live your best life. And you can't do that if you're held back by unwanted pounds that are making you ill and eating the wrong foods and everything else. Once you get your health back. You can go ahead and you can spread that joy and spread the love and spread all of that out to everybody. Because you feel that radiant inside that you want to share with everyone. And it's just getting that that feeling back and getting yourself healthy again, to get you to that point where we really understand your mindset changes and you want to help everybody and you want them to do as well as you are. Yeah. It's just amazing. It's an amazing feeling.
24:41
Yeah. So sorry. I
24:42
talk a lot as you know.
24:44
No, it's totally fine. I mean, that's, that's part of like, What's so incredible as you can be you again.
24:51
Yeah, yeah. And I share it with everybody. I mean, I have Angelica funk, who's just started the program. I've talked to her many times. I've talked to so many Other people said, Come on, come along on the journey because it's amazing what happens. It's not just, you know, putting on smaller clothes, it's the cleansing inside that happens. You know, it's just you rebuild from inside out and all of a sudden, everything radiates. It's not just, you know, the fact that you get into the skinny jeans for a couple of months, it's a matter of it's a lifestyle and it, you know, continue to happen. It's a wonderful process.
25:29
And so tell us a little bit more your your joints, were feeling a lot better you're sleeping or brain fog lifted. When did it hit you were Oh, my gosh, everything is better. What did it was our time the number that hit you? Or is it so gradual? What was that? Like?
25:44
It was gradual. But I mean, I was I was noticing funny things like I'd go downstairs, put the laundry in the laundry in, you know, and I would go downstairs thinking okay, every time I come up the stairs, I have to literally hold onto the rail and I have to pull myself up because my knees hurt so bad. And I went down in one day, and I came up the stairs. And as I was coming up the stairs, the cat decided he wanted to raise me up the stairs. And I literally ran up the stairs, I got to the top of the stairs. And I thought what just happened? I just ran with the cat up the stairs. That was profound. I just
26:19
beat Harlow Yes.
26:22
And it was funny because I had not been able to do that for years. Another thing was getting ahead of pomegranate seed and I have a picture of this on my post. I had a pomegranate seagull under my desk and I had to go and climb under my desk to go get it. I could actually fit underneath the desk without my knees and everything hurting. And getting up off the floor without having to struggle to pull myself up. I could do it on my own. And I thought this is this is bizarre because this normally would have taken I would have been grunting and groaning trying to get off the floor, like a 90 year old person. And here I am just getting up. So there was so many things and they weren't gradual. You know, that I noticed that were changes. But it was it. They all came about. I mean, my anxiety went down and all these, my depression, all those things that I had struggled with for years just literally evaporated. And I was just going this is amazing. You know, my osteoporosis is still there, but you know, I'm working on it. And it's feeling better. My other arthritis, yeah, okay, it's there. But you know, it's not hurting like it used to be before. Yeah, I can function around this now. I can actually live my life around it not worry about it.
27:36
All right. Yeah. And by Christmas, I saw that picture. you're rolling these two bells. dress. Yeah. And and what? And so you started in May, right. Was it may or May or June? noise me man. Yeah, right. May six. Cuz we spoke and end of April. Do we not? Always the beginning of May? I think was?
27:59
No, it was the 15th of April. The first
28:02
Yeah. Okay. So we spoke in April, then we had to ship your spray. Because we didn't have we didn't have priming back then. No, we
28:08
didn't have priming. No, no.
28:11
And then so you had to wait for your spray to before you could get started.
28:14
Right. But then I read my manual. And at that point, we didn't have all the guides and everything else. We didn't have all of that. So I literally went and grabbed the manual. I had the copy. You know in the email. I printed it all out made it into a you know, nice binder tagged, everything hadn't read. I think I read it 10 times before my spray showed up.
28:35
You're already
28:36
like, memorize this thing. Okay, I'm on this. I'm going to do this.
28:39
Yeah, you're ready. And he started in May May six, and then December. You're rigging those two bells. How much did you weigh in December when you're in those two belts?
28:49
I was already down 60 pounds at that point. That was the beginning of December. Yep. I was down 60 pounds.
28:57
Yeah. Yeah. How did that feel?
28:59
Amazing. Amazing. I felt light on my feet. Like I can remember there was only a couple days before that. We were in the gym with the kids and I was playing basketball with them. And the boys were kind of going What is going on? She's playing basketball. You know, they're not used to having me down to the gym and doing these kind of things. But I felt free. There was freedom and there was relief. There was so many things that all of a sudden I was radiant, jubilant, just being able to move and to function and to participate again. Yeah, it means that I hadn't done in years. Yeah,
29:35
yeah. Are we able to dunk? The hoops are not quite yet.
29:38
I'm not tall enough. I try. I mean, I did get some baskets, but I can't do the layup quite the same.
29:45
You just gotta. You just gotta buy the mini ones where he could just like, like,
29:50
I level or get one of the kids to sit down so that I can just jump on top and do the right. work around it.
29:58
Yeah, and then you had some Really awesome Halloween costumes as well that you were you're showing up before and after photo of with your kids. So it's just it seems like you got your life back. Karen
30:09
I do. I have all my life back. And it's wonderful. It's amazing. What was what did you get down to? 130?
30:19
Yeah, back down there.
30:20
Yeah. And I've literally throughout the year, I'm ranging, go up and down about five pounds. I fluctuate a little bit, five pounds. And that's it.
30:29
So you're What are you at? Now, if you don't mind sharing?
30:32
I'm at 133. Yeah, so I do I fluctuate between 130 and 135. Yeah, depending on what the month is.
30:42
Right. And so, you start in May, you got to 130. And then a year later, approximately? You're still the same way?
30:56
Yeah. Yeah, I am. Yeah, because I was down to 130. By the end of February. So February of last year. Yeah. So yeah, it's been just about a year. It's amazing. It's, it's, honestly, it feels, it kind of feels like a dream. You know, and I don't want to wake up from it. Because, you know, it's sort of like the Cinderella story, you just, you feel like it. You're, you were, you know, in that cellar in that cold and ugly place. And then all of a sudden, somebody gave you that, you know, that opportunity to become better. And, and I have I have totally flourished since it's amazing. Yeah. When someone gives you back anymore.
31:43
Nothing.
31:44
Nothing. Sorry.
31:47
And so, Karen, for you, what are you most sad about now that you have all this energy, you have your health back, you have your weight that you want it to be? What are you excited about now?
31:58
I'm right now just enjoying everything. Yeah, enjoying my family enjoying outings, I love to get out and you know, go out in the wilderness and just have fun. A while ago, in September, I went out kayaking with Brenda frame, she was one of our warriors. We went out kayaking had a great time. I love just participating in life. Whereas before I was working, coming home functioning going to get. So now I just love life. I just do whatever I can I try to get together with as many of our warriors and as many friends as I can participate with my family as much as we can. And after COVID it's going to happen big time. I just I just enjoy doing everything. I can't wait to start going on holidays, again, seeing the world which we haven't done for so long. But just living life, just participating and just being there and helping everybody that I can along the way, you know, with whether it's warriors are anybody else just getting out there. In fact, after we're finished talking, I'm going to be outside shuttling them walk. So and I usually do six houses when I'm out there.
33:09
Oh my gosh. Good for you. Guys. By the way, if you didn't hear she was in Alberta, which is like 10 times this no of anywhere else.
33:17
It's kind of ugly right now.
33:20
Would you got your workout in for you?
33:22
Oh, yeah, I do. Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna dress more. I'm gonna ruin everything.
33:26
Oh, gosh, I hope so. Yeah. Aaron, do you have any words of wisdom for the for the women in the warriors who are just getting started, like for today being their first day, or maybe their first week. And then also, after you get that word of wisdom for those of you for those people who were where you were back in April, and didn't know that it was possible and didn't know that, you know, or maybe they knew something was possible, but they didn't know that, that this was possible. So if you want to address those two things,
34:00
